Heated Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga is Greener Postures signature class. Throughout the week we also offer slower classes taught at a comfortable warm room temperature which include Yin, Restorative, Deep Stretch, Slow Flow, Roll and Renew and Pre-Natal Yoga. We provide a welcoming place for the beginner as well as the seasoned yoga practitioner. with convenient locations in South Portland and West Falmouth.

On top of this great First Visit Deal, you get a discount the first time you buy a package — 2 week unlimited pass for $30 or monthly unlimited for $60. All our passes can be used at both studios!

If you are brand new to yoga, the Fundamentals class is a great stepping stone to our All–Levels Vinyasa classes. For your first class plan on coming at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check–in and get settled.

South Portland Monthly Friday Night Yoga Classes


September—May, we're offering special Friday night classes, all starting at 6pm, in South Portland.

1st Friday – Yoga Donation Class
100% of the proceeds will go towards helping a local cause. An all-levels vinyasa flow class, taught by different teachers.

2nd Friday – Roll and Renew with Ally
Roll and Renew will teach you to put the power of self-massage in your own hands using therapy balls to release your myofascia from head to toe. The sequences taught in class will help you to release trigger points in your body, improve mind-body connectivity and create profound relaxation. No yoga experience necessary and balls are provided if needed.

3rd Friday – Yoga Nidra with Robin
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.

4th Friday – Restorative Yoga with Sandy
Designed to open the body passively and to find a deep sense of relaxation by working with gravity and props to provide the release of muscular tension and daily stress.
