Jessica Walley
Jessica is a certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves through yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 2010 and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. She continues her education each year and is certified in Yoga for First Responders®.
With a focus on the connection between movement, breath, and the nervous system, Jessica brings an accessible and mindful approach to her teaching. She believes yoga is a powerful tool for helping people manage stress, build resilience, cultivate self-awareness, and create greater balance both on and off the mat. Her experience teaching first responders and others, especially those in high-stress professions, has deepened her understanding of how movement, breathwork, and mindfulness can help us process stress and build resilience—tools that can benefit everyone, no matter where they are in life.
Her Fundamental Yoga Flow classes offer an approachable way to build confidence with foundational postures, mindful movement, and breath while encouraging students to listen to and honor their bodies. Whether you are new to yoga, looking to reconnect with the basics, or simply seeking a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, Jessica’s classes provide a welcoming and supportive space to move, breathe, and reset.
