Maine Afro Yoga Benefit Class

Join Nuna Gleason from Maine Afro Yoga Project and Wounded Healers International for a 60-minute all levels yoga class.  This class will be taught in the spirit of her studio Maine Afro Yoga Project.  Participants will move, breath and hear more about the work that her organizations cover.  Over the four Saturdays we hope she'll be joined by her friends and co-teachers. 

Use your class passes or drop in pass for this event, and all proceeds will go to Maine Afro Yoga Project.

Spiraldance Breathwork Workshop

Thankfully, our breath offers a calm respite for renewal and strength. Guided in a deepening self-care journey of reclamation and hope- discover how Breathwork can be a catalyst for positive change in your life.


When we breathe deeper, we help to increase our energy, speed up cellular metabolism, improve confidence, and initiate a greater sense of connection with ourselves and the world around us. Additionally, Breathwork helps promote healing on all levels, as we give ourselves the opportunity to integrate life experiences more somatically. A supine practice guided with soulful music, Breathwork is not just a physical practice, but a soul practice for the body, mind and heart to help you remember that you are enough and there is enough for you to receive. Using conscious, circular breathing, this journey-style practice helps us to interrupt stress-response patterns and create more harmonious ways of interacting with others and caring for ourselves.


This workshop, led by Tania Zuckerman, Spiraldance Breathwork begins with a quiet centering practice, followed by a guided conscious breathing exercise for personal attunement and recalibration. After instruction for the longer practice, you will be guided on a 45-minute supine journey using conscious, circular breathing- a therapeutic processing technique for release and opening. To optimize the work, which is often done laying down, the studio has plenty of blankets to be comfortable. Plan on wearing loose layers and please bring your yoga mat (or the studio has them for rent for $1) and a water bottle if you choose.  No phones allowed in the practice space.  Space is limited for this workshop.

Sound Bath with Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing

Join Kristine Keegan, RYT500, RMT and Doris Hall RMT for a two-hour Sound Bath with Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing. Kristine and Doris will offer restorative yoga to bring ease to the nervous system to open ourselves up to receive the healing energies of sound and reiki. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and an energetic wholeness. This practice helps with sleep, headaches, chronic fatigue, nervous exhaustion plus so much more!

This is for all-levels of practitioner and the studio has plenty of props, bring your sticky mat or rent one for $2 and wear layers. This will not be a heated practice. 


Breath and Pelvic Floor Workshop
with Cara Lyon, PT, DPT

Join Cara Lyon, PT, DPT, for an evening dedicated to the pelvic floor. This workshop will explore what the pelvic floor is, why it is important to both strengthen and lengthen it, and how to reconnect with and retrain these muscles to better support daily activities and various life stages.

We will also discuss special considerations such as post-injury and postpartum care. The session will include a combination of lecture and discussion covering anatomy, movement patterns, and common pelvic floor concerns. Participants will also engage in light movement and breathwork, with time reserved for questions and answers.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A practice mat (available to rent for $2 if needed)

  • Water (optional)

  • A pen for notes (handouts will be provided)

All other props will be provided.


Turn Your Ship Around: A mini MAY reTREAT
with Jacqui Bonwell

A 4 hour slice of heaven that includes all the things. A full body roll out, a ridiculously FUN (all-levels) Vinyasa extravaganza into Restorative yoga with Chakra Tuning forks. There will be time for Tea, Satsang, journaling AND (drumroll please) Erica Magro~Cahill will bust out her songbird self and serenade our souls with her haunting (in a good way) voice with LIVE music for our final YIN practice to close out. A mini reTREAT right in your back yard. Bring your mat, water bottle, a snack and a journal w/pen. 


Breath and Movement for Childbirth

Do you have a baby on the way? It’s normal to feel overwhelmed—join other expectant parents as you prepare your body and mind for labor, delivery, and postpartum. This workshop offers practical tools to support the birth process.

You’ll learn:

  • Yoga postures for labor and delivery

  • Breathing and visualization techniques

  • Partner massage for comfort during active labor

Led by prenatal yoga teacher Abby, this hands-on workshop also offers a chance to connect with other parents-to-be. No yoga experience needed—open to all stages of pregnancy.

Bring one mat per pair, wear comfortable clothing, and bring water. A support person may attend in place of your birth partner if needed.
Registration covers both the pregnant participant and their partner (only the pregnant participant needs to register).


Workshops & Events Policy
All workshop purchases are final and non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another participant with at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing hello@greenerposturesyoga.com. Please include the name and email address of the new participant.
