One of the primary aims of yoga is to maintain strength and suppleness in the spine. IN this practice we mobilize the essential structures that support the spine including the musculature, tendons, ligaments and spinal discs.  Using core stabilization, twists and side bends, we reduce back pain and spinal incongruities.  In yoga the spine is not just bone and soft tissue, but a mystical channel that conducts the flow of  vital energy.  Beginning at the perineum and ascending to the crown of the head, this class opens the central pathway of prana. $60
