Fascia is the physical structure that holds us together. Literally. It keeps our bones upright, our organs in place and supports the pathway of the nerves. A dedicated yoga practice involves moving layer by layer through the connective tissues. We practice asana and somatic movements (SATYA) that enhance the flow of nerve and blood through the fascia. We dedicate this practice to releasing the connective tissues in the hip, sacrum and low back.

Kristine started practicing yoga looking to provide balance to an overactive, busy life. Kristine fell in love with yoga after her first practice in 2006. Time on the mat allowed her to take her focus inward. Amazed & excited by the effect yoga had not only on her physical body, but the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as well, she knew she had found her calling. Embracing as much of the teachings she could get her hands on, she grew as a true seeker on a path.
