vinyasa poses to the wall! The wall is an amazing tool for building stability
and healthy patterns in your body. I spent years practicing this way before
stepping into full vinyasa classes. With the support of the wall, you’ll explore poses more deeply and safely, discovering what proper alignment truly feels like. Half Moon at the wall,
for example, offers a glorious feeling of openness while removing the wobble factor. Since the props will already be out, we’ll finish with a few sweet restorative poses to soothe the body and calm the mind. Expect to leave feeling aligned, confident, and completely relaxed.
