Sea Change Giving Thanks

Join us for a flow class supporting Sea Change Yoga, a Maine nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to healing-centered yoga for people on the margins. 100% of proceeds go toward making yoga freely available to folks navigating recovery, incarceration, displacement, and trauma. Together and alongside other local studios, we support making yoga an accessible pathway to healing, connection, and hope for all.

This is a donation-based class with a suggested contribution of $20, though you may choose any amount that feels right. You can also register multiple participants at once. Advance online sign-up is required. All proceeds go directly to Sea Change Yoga.

Conor’s love for yoga began at the age of 18 and has since been his great joy and guide. His teachers have instilled in him a deep belief in the transformative power of asana and meditation, as well as the expansion of compassion and insight through embodied experience. Conor received his Master’s degree in neuropsychology in 2022 from Humboldt Universität, Berlin. He aims to integrate current scientific understanding with classical spiritual wisdom in order to help foster a collective sense of peace and freedom from sorrow. Conor has had the good fortune to study with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David, and completed his apprenticeship under the guidance of Anja Kühnel. He has been an Advanced Certified teacher since 2021 and cherishes the opportunity to share such an integrative and powerful form of yoga with such a rich and loving community.
