Our Summer Wind Down includes a mix of outdoor classes by the ocean, nurturing prenatal, and deeper explorations of the body’s inner systems with guest teacher Tias Little. Whether you're soaking up the sea breeze or diving into subtle inner work, these offerings are a meaningful way to close the season with intention and care.

This extended prenatal class offers you time and space to quiet the mind and connect with your body and growing baby. You'll prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth through breath awareness and accessible postures — all in a safe, supportive environment.
Modifications are offered to meet the changing needs of pregnancy, and a welcoming community allows for open conversation around both challenges and joyful changes.
All levels and all stages of pregnancy are welcome.

Join renowned teacher Tias Little for a deep, therapeutic evening exploring the body's connective tissue—fascia, the web that holds us together. Through gentle asana and somatic movements (SATYA), you’ll unwind tension in the hips, sacrum, and lower back while enhancing the flow of blood and nerve pathways.
This practice invites you to slow down, release deeply held tension, and restore balance from the inside out.

Your spine is more than structure, it's a gateway to strength, freedom, and energy flow. In this deep and specialized workshop with Tias Little, explore spinal health from both anatomical and energetic perspectives.
Through core work, twists, and side bends, we’ll mobilize the deep muscles, tendons, and discs that support and protect the spine. As the body aligns, the central channel of prana, the subtle energy that rises from root to crown is gently awakened.
