This extended prenatal class offers you time and space to quiet the mind and connect with your body and growing baby. You'll prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth through breath awareness and accessible postures — all in a safe, supportive environment.
Modifications are offered to meet the changing needs of pregnancy, and a welcoming community allows for open conversation around both challenges and joyful changes.
All levels and all stages of pregnancy are welcome.
In addition to our flow and more vigorous offerings, we invite you to explore our slower, gentler classes — Deep Stretch, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga.
These nourishing practices are a perfect complement to summer’s heat, offering a chance to slow dow and reset both body and mind. Whether you're looking to release tension, restore energy, or simply move with more ease, these classes provide a supportive space to unwind and reconnect.
Gentle doesn’t mean less — it means mindful, intentional, and deeply renewing.
