Welcome Kristina & Lily to Greener Postures Yoga!

Kristina brings a creative, inclusive approach to her Vinyasa, Yin, and Gentle-style classes, drawing from her advanced training and teaching experience in San Francisco and Portland.

 

Lily joins us from Montauk, New York, with years of experience teaching Vinyasa and leading retreats in Puerto Rico, Montauk, and now Maine. Her classes are a mindful blend of movement, meditation, and yogic philosophy, designed to support both body and mind.
