This practice supports stress relief, emotional healing, improved sleep, and a deeper connection to your inner self—no prior yoga or meditation experience needed. Whether you're seeking calm, clarity, or simply a place to rest, this workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down and reset.

Note: This workshop is for regular yoga practitioners. No acute injuries, please.
