Restorative Deep Stretch for a Cause-Out of the Darkness Walk Fundraiser

Join Danielle for a Donation-Based Restorative Deep Stretch Practice

This 90-minute restorative deep stretch class offers a gentle, floor-based practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of ease and balance. We'll use blankets, blocks, bolsters, and massage balls to support the body and create space in both body and mind.

This is a $20 donation-based class, and 100% of proceeds will benefit Janet Steady’s Out of the Darkness team, Steady Strong, supporting suicide prevention and mental health through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

By taking time to care for ourselves, we strengthen our capacity to show up with compassion and support for those around us.

Also Join the Cause:
The Out of the Darkness Walk takes place on Saturday, September 27 at 9:00 AM at the Eastern Prom in Portland. Your support helps raise awareness, fund critical research, and provide community-based programs for suicide prevention.

Since 1987, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention has grown into a national movement with chapters in all 50 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico. As the largest private funder of suicide prevention research, AFSP is consistently ranked among the top mental health charities in the country.
