Workshop Description:
Join Danielle for a rejuvenating 90 minute workshop designed to relieve physical tightness, mental fatigue and restore balance. In this session, we’ll focus on targeted techniques to ease tension through a combination of breathwork, massage balls, and supportive postures with various props. Experience a deep sense of calm as the practice helps shift your nervous system into a more relaxed and healing state.
This slower-paced, mostly floor-based practice will guide you through gentle postures and movements, culminating in an extended and deeply relaxing savasana.
