This extended prenatal class provides a time and space to quiet the mind and connect with your body and growing baby. This class will prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for the process of childbirth. Class will focus on breath awareness and accessible postures, in a safe, supportive environment honoring the changing needs of pregnancy through modifications. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing. All levels and all stages of pregnancy are welcome. $25
Abby began practicing yoga while pursuing her college degree in Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Eastern religion. After completing her 200 hour training in the spring of 2013, Abby has enjoyed teaching in both indoor and outdoor spaces. She particularly enjoys specialized yoga practices- pre- and post-natal, children’s yoga, and meditation.
