Interested in playing more with backbends? Do you have a wheel pose but wonder, what's next? Join Gretchen for an Advanced Backbending workshop. For this 90 minute session we will get a chance to warm up all-over, legs, glutes, hip flexors, spine, shoulders and wrists, then explore variations and other spinal extension postures. There will be time to touch on inverted backbends, moving around the studio in a way that we normally can't in a regular class and using the wall as a giant prop! Gretchen's approach is light and fun, we are there to explore and play. Bring your sticky mat or rent one for $1, a water bottle and wear yoga clothes. For the fullest experience, this is best for practitioners with confidence with wheel posture (Urdhva Dhanurasana) and please, no acute injuries. $30
