Jen’s yoga journey began in 2005 when she was pregnant with her first child. She started practicing prenatal yoga and quickly found that it was affecting her body and mind, not only on a physical level but energetically and spiritually as well. She feels honored to be able to guide others in their practice, and helping students find compassion for themselves and others. Jen continues to learn and gain strength from her greatest life teachers who are, undoubtedly, her husband and four young children.
