This retreat includes:
5 yoga classes (4 flow and 1 deep stretch/yin style class) and clay art class
sauna and wood-fired hot tub available through the day both Friday and Saturday
lodging includes linens and light toiletries
8 meals plus one afternoon mezze/appetizer spread

Where- Tops’l Farm 365 Bremen Rd, Waldeboro Maine, 65 miles north of Portland, ME, along the coast. Jump in a car and drive up the beautiful mid-coast to our exclusive retreat space. It’s a beautiful farm property that straddles a local country road. Lodging spaces, open space, river trails, and all kinds of spots to explore!

Investment in our all-inclusive retreat:
A-Frame- $1425 per person in a shared A-Frame, this includes group experiences, meals and lodging. Please pay an initial $250 deposit through Union to secure your spot and we can follow up to gather information about roommates and payment plans.
Initial $250 deposit, $150 non-refundable included in the initial payment, if you need to cancel for any reason and we fill your spot we will return the balance after the retreat has concluded.
Art Experience- Join Becky Wright, South Portland based ceramic artist and yogi, for a chance to work with clay and create your own piece of art, we’ll assemble and paint our creations during our time together. Please note- to finalize the clay these will be fired in Becky’s studio and returned to Greener Postures’ South Portland location for pick up by each participant. These will be available within about 10-14 days. If they need to be shipped, it's just $10, paid to Becky during our retreat.
