Our shoulders, upper back and neck are common spots of soreness and stiffness. Join Erin for a slow-paced class to unwind the tension through self-massage, shoulder-focused poses, breath-work and creative exercises to build strength. Erin brings her experience as a massage therapist and yoga therapist to offer a class so you can feel better, build strength and move well.
