Deep Stretch and Sound Healing-Out of the Darkness Walk Fundraiser

Join Danielle and Emily for a Deep Stretch Practice with Sound Healing Benefit Class

This 90-minute restorative deep stretch class offers a gentle, floor-based practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of ease and balance. We'll use blankets, blocks, bolsters, and massage balls (all props provided). Emily will enhance the experience with sound healing, creating gentle vibrations that invite your nervous system into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.
This slower-paced practice culminates in an extended, blissful savasana—an opportunity to fully surrender and recharge.

This is a $25 donation-based class, and 100% of proceeds will benefit Janet Steady’s Out of the Darkness team, Steady Strong, supporting suicide prevention and mental health through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing for movement

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga mat (rentals available for $2)

Since 1987, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention has grown into a national movement with chapters in all 50 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico. As the largest private funder of suicide prevention research, AFSP is consistently ranked among the top mental health charities in the country.
