  • Smart and inspired sequencing

  • Helpful hands-on assists

Teachers of all levels of experience and styles are welcome to join the conversation about merging movement science with the art of teaching and the tradition of yoga. This course provides 2 CEUs for Yoga Alliance in anatomy and physiology.
