If you are brand new to yoga, the Fundamentals class is a great stepping stone to our All–Levels Vinyasa classes. For your first class plan on coming at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check–in and get settled.
As the season changes, its a great time to build a yoga practice and commit to your personal well-being.
We offer a variety of classes that serve as a wonderful compliment to a Vinyasa flow practice: Yin and Meditation, Restoratives, Body.Breath.Mind., Deep Stretch and the Roll and Renew class. These supportive classes help students find balance create self-care practices and release chronic stress patterns.
Yoga Nidra: First Friday of every month, 6-7pm
This class is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. Through regular practice, Yoga Nidra enables you to effortlessly realize your intentions and achieve an integrated state in which your body moves towards self-healing.
Roll and Renew: Last Friday of every month, 5:30-6:45pm
This is an all-levels class that utilizes therapeutic self massage with myofascial release balls, yoga postures and corrective exercise principles to highlight joint mobility and stability. The results are immediate relief from chronic tension, increased strength, and healthy, supple joints.
