Liana first found her way to the yoga practice in need of balance and self-care. She left her first class amazed at her body's capabilities and was eager for more. She quickly developed a deep love for the practice and it became not only her path but a way of life. Through yoga she has developed a deeper appreciation for her body and has become more connected to her spirit. This practice has taught her how to more skillfully navigate daily life and to cultivate deeper connections with those around her. As a teacher she strives to provide a warm and nurturing environment that soothes the body and calms the mind while promoting a practice suited for everyone. She aims to inspire students to breathe space in their bodies while balancing contentment and gratitude in their capabilities and progress. Liana completed her 200-hour certification with Ame Wren and Terry Cockburn through Boston Yoga School. Liana is committed to a lifetime of practice and study and is forever grateful for the wisdom her teachers have shared.
