An avid slacker most of his life, other than surfing the occasional tasty wave, Jeremiah was searching for a higher consciousness and discovered the path he was seeking after taking his first yoga class. Being a cabinetmaker by trade, a full time single father with his own petting zoo at home, yoga helped highlight the importance of personal time and being present in the moment of life. Since then, he has gone on to receive his 200-hr teaching certification through Boston Yoga School with Ame Wren and Terry Cockburn. He continues his study of yoga under the privileged guidance of teachers such as Kimberly Dahlmann, David Yearwood, and Bethany McCorkle. Jeremiah hopes he can share with his students the profound impact a simple practice of breath and asana can have on ones body, mind, and spirit. With his love of Ashtanga and Iyengar styles of yoga you can expect an accessible and fun vinyasa flow class.
