Abby Knight

Abby began practicing yoga while pursuing her college degree in Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Eastern religion. When she moved to Portland after graduating, she began working at a preschool, finding her true calling to be those children with severe behavioral and developmental delays. She particularly enjoys teaching pre- and post-natal as well as children’s yoga. Her grounding and calm nature allow her students to feel the same.

Jen Shumway

Jen’s yoga journey began in 2005 when she was pregnant with her first child. She started practicing prenatal yoga and quickly found that it was affecting her body and mind, not only on a physical level but energetically and spiritually as well. She feels honored to be able to guide others in their practice, and helping students find compassion for themselves and others. Jen continues to learn and gain strength from her greatest life teachers who are, undoubtedly, her husband and four young children.
