Join Gretchen for a 5-part series to explore with more depth the asana practice. We will work on expanding our understanding of how to move and breath with some attention to the yoga philosophy. Let's create a more balanced, strong, and capable body while scratching the surface into the history and traditions of yoga. We can expand our understanding of 'why' we are on our mat together. Plan on discussion, movement and stillness each week. Recommended for students with a minimum of 6 months of practice.
