Teen Yoga Workshop, Ages 12-16

Specially designed for teens aged 12-16 to improve strength, flexibility, concentration, and body awareness.
Yoga helps teens build the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and non-competitive space. It is a perfect compliment to a teenager's busy academic and extracurricular schedule, connecting them with others and themselves in a nurturing environment. We will start with a fun and flowing vinyasa sequence, adding balances and some playful inversions. We will also explore breathing and relaxation techniques, leaving them feeling refreshed and ready for the outside world. All levels and co-ed.
