Restore the Core

Pregnancy not only impacts the muscles that support your physical core, but also redefines women's spiritual core. The goal of this workshop is to work with both these areas. Physically the workshop will aid in restoring connection with the abdominal core. Spiritually, the workshop will include strategies to help you find your "core" off the mat. An opportunity to feel embodied and connected to other moms with discussion about the balance between motherhood and womanhood — ways to motivate yourself, find the time to put yourself first, and love and appreciate your body and spirit — all while being the mother you strive to be. This is for all-levels.
