Back to Basics

Everyone can use an opportunity to go back to basics, laying the key foundations of the yoga poses and building postures from there is a great way to take things to the next level. No matter if you are brand new to the practice, or how advanced you are (or plan to be) it all starts with the basics. Join Gretchen for this 2 hour workshop, where we focus on the breath and work with some often practiced postures, including standing, seated and supine shapes. We'll give some time and attention to the 'vinyasa' as well, a transition flow used throughout many yoga classes. Come if you are new to the mat or have been practicing for awhile, all-levels welcome.
