We offer a variety of classes designed as series at our West Falmouth location. Classes are progressive, so each one will build on information from previous weeks. The pace and direction of each class will adapt to the needs and desires of the students. All the series are accessible to those new to yoga. These classes are limited to 12 students and participants can expect to receive personal attention and guidance. Classes in a series are typically held once in a week for 6 weeks.
